It’s one of those accessories you don’t realise how useful it is until you start using it. Build quality is very good. It looks smart, feels high quality, and once assembled it’s solid and stable on the bench. Setup was straightforward and didn’t take long, with adjustments that are easy to understand and use. In terms of accuracy, it performs well as long as expectations are realistic. There is a small amount of play, but this isn’t a £300+ drill press, and for what it is, the tolerances are perfectly acceptable. For small drilling jobs and detailed work, I’ve had no issues at all, and it’s far more precise and repeatable than working freehand. It adds a lot of control to a Dremel, especially for delicate tasks where consistency matters more than brute force. Switching between drill press-style use and a rotary tool holder is quick and practical. Overall, a very handy and well-made piece of kit.
