I already had ankle straps for lifting with the legs and they've lasted years. The velcro on them is very good. I haven't done too many workouts with this piece of kit, but it's easy to adjust before starting a set and so long as you don't let the weight swing too much, you can perform ten or more reps nicely. ## Frequently Bought Together - DMoose Neck Harness for Weight Lifting - 30" Heavy Duty Steel Chain - Neck Exerciser, Trainer & Strengthener for Injury Recovery Support & Workout- Adjustable Head & Chin Strap - CAP Barbell 2-Inch Olympic Grip Weight Plate, 5 lb, Set of 4, 5 lb, Set of 4 Black (OPHWIS-005) - Yes4All Wrist and Forearm Blaster - Wrist Roller & Forearm Roller for Training, Workout - Wrist/Arm Blaster - Fit 1-inch Standard & 2-inch Olympic Weight Plates --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/257017456-dmoose-neck-harness-for-weight-lifting-soft-padded-head-chin](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/257017456-dmoose-neck-harness-for-weight-lifting-soft-padded-head-chin) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
