I laced the shoe up too high and now I can't get them off, to redo them.** A: I would just wear them like regular shoe laces to get a feel of how far you want them cut when or if you cap them. For me I went too long and the cap just taps my foot when running. The pictures show tucking the cap under the laces but depending how tight you got the laces that cap pushes into the tongue.
