**Q: What are the ingredients?**
A: The ingredients are- Water, Sugar, FD and C Red 40, Red 3, Yellow 6, Blue 1, Blue 2, Titanium Dioxide, Modified Food Starch, Vegetable Gum, Citric Acid, Less Than 1/10 of 1% Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).

**Q: Can I use the white coloring to add to water and make liquid look like milk?**
A: no.  adding water damages the dye

**Q: Will the Americolor bright white help achieve white macaroons?**
A: I would think so. It works great to make buttercream white. Just make sure to add your coloring before overmixing your macaroon batter.

**Q: Can this be used to color mineral oils?**
A: I have only used this in my icings for my cakes. I would think you could being it is oil based. Add a little dye at a time, to see how it works. Hopefully this helps you out.
