Even when it’s freezing I do not need to add more than a blanket on top. However, it is not so heavy weight that it cannot be used in the warmer months. The only time I find myself kicking it off is in the heatwaves of mid summer. It came very well packed and wasn’t covered in wrinkles, and the stitching was good quality. The little pillow is came with was also adorable! It was the perfect addition to my coastal little room, and even with two cats, I do not see any pulls or rips in it like I have with other comforters! The material is 100% polyester so only wash on cold water and no to low heat in the dryer ! I have only washed once so far and didn’t put it in the dryer, I just let it air dry. We have 2 dogs and their hair does stick to this material and does not easily wipe off.
