Review: The BEST eyeliner ever! - I have always preferred liquid liner to pencils, and I’ve probably tried every single liquid liner over the past 25 years. I’ll start by saying that I only use liquid liner on my waterline, so finding a product that actually stays in place is difficult. This product says 17hrs, but it could definitely last longer than that, as I work 13hr shifts, and it doesn’t budge, smear, or flake. It’s actually a bit hard to remove even with micellar water, so definitely waterproof. I love the matte look over shinier liners, and it dries super fast too.

A: 2 of these answers are flat out lies.  There is no brush.  None.  It is a tapered FELT TIP.

**Q: What color is Safari?  Brown or black?**
A: Its close to a hunter green color

**Q: What color is expresso?**
A: dark brown...almost black

**Q: Where can I find this in blue?  I bought 3 of them directly from Milani last year but now am having trouble finding it.**
A: I don't know where you could find it in blue.  I find a lot of brands at Ulta that I can't find at Target, etc.  Of course I ordered my first one from Amazon!

I have always preferred liquid liner to pencils, and I’ve probably tried every single liquid liner over the past 25 years.
