Review: It is a bit too strong for me. Really depends on the individual how it treats everyone different I am sure. For me, having it first thing in the morning it suppresses my appetite which led me to miss breakfast. Now that was a mistake because just 2 hours after I started to feel that my sugar was quite down & had to go for an early lunch. So moral if the story is definitely not to miss a meal after having it.
Review: Gave it to my brother who has diabetes which is on the higher side, he started taking it before meals and finds it extremely helpful. I tried it once and the taste was nice too. Initially you might feel drained off a bit as it works brilliantly, adjust your dosage accordingly.
