Because I am short (5’3”), I wasn’t able to get full range of motion in numerous exercises. Now, I can get full ROM on exercises like RDL,s and bicep curls to name a couple. I also use them by themselves for stepups and when I use this step with my longer one, I can do deficit Sumo Squats. The possibilities are endless for functionality. They are quite sturdy and the size is just right for my size 9 foot. It’s comfortable to step on, however, on the longer step I purchased (same brand) the black tread seems to be peeling a little on the side. I will hot glue it or use some other strong adhesive.
