After about 2 minutes of use, my daughter turned the cup over and milk just dripped quite fast out of the spout. There was milk everywhere. I loved the soft spout, but frankly, the slit in the stop was just a slit so the milk freely came out. May have just been a defective unit, so that's why I'm glad there was free returns.
