Designed like a traditional Dutch oven, this rib roaster lets you cook moist, savory ribs in a fraction of the time they would take to cook directly on the grill surface or in a smoker. It's also great for cooking whole chickens, potatoes, baked beans, and many other BBQ favorites. Featuring matte porcelain coated cast iron construction with a wire internal roasting rack, this roaster can cook up to 4 racks of standard-sized pork ribs. The wire rack keeps ribs elevated off of the bottom allowing them to steam in their juices. Add juice, wine, or beer to add even more flavor infusion to the cooking process. The lid features dimples on the inside that will drip-baste the food as steam builds up inside the roaster. The rib roaster features 5.5-in x 16-in x 4-in of total usable internal cooking space. The roaster is designed to sit directly on your grill cooking surface or on the Flav-R-Wave of a Broil King grill, keeping it out of the way and leaving you the rest of the grill to cook up delicious side dishes. On the smoker try 1 hour in the smoke at 225°F / 107°C and 2 hours in the roaster at 300°F / 149°C. ## Features - The Broil King Cast Iron Rib Roaster is the fastest and easiest way to make delicious and savory fall-off-the-bone ribs with your gas grill; the enclosed design will keep ribs moist and cook faster than cooking normally on the grid surface or in a smoker - A wire rack keeps ribs elevated off of the bottom of the roaster allowing them to steam in their juices or other flavored liquids; the dimples inside of the lid drip-bastes the ribs as steam builds up; fits up to 4 racks of standard sized pork ribs - The cast iron is covered with a durable matte porcelain coating ensuring easy cleaning and maintenance for years of delicious rib dinners; the lid is designed to nest upside-down in the roaster for easy storage - The rib roaster is crafted to fit efficiently on the cooking grid surface of your grill or directly on the Flav-R-Wave of a Broil King grill, leaving you plenty of space to prepare side dishes with the remaining grill surface area - The internal capacity of the rib roaster features 5.5-in x 16-in x 4-in of usable space; external dimensions are 7-in x 17.75-in x 7-in ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B019U38OZK | | Brand Name | Broil King | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (440) | | Finish Types | Glossy | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00060162696152 | | Handle Material | Plastic | | Included Components | BBQ RIB ROASTER | | Is the item dishwasher safe? | No | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 45.1L x 17.8W x 17.8H centimeters | | Item Type Name | Broil King 69615 Cast Iron Rib Roaster | | Item Weight | 7.62 kg | | Manufacturer | Broil King | | Manufacturer Part Number | 69615 | | Material Type | Iron | | Model Number | 69615 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Shape | Rectangular | | UPC | 060162696152 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Colour:** Black - **Finish type:** Glossy - **Item weight:** 7.62 kg - **Material:** Iron - **Product dimensions:** 45.1L x 17.8W x 17.8H centimeters ## Images ![Broil King 69615 cast iron rib roaster, one size - Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71AZibPqBKL.jpg) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/249052067-broil-king-69615-cast-iron-rib-roaster-one-size-black](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/249052067-broil-king-69615-cast-iron-rib-roaster-one-size-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
