I was looking for some decent combat boots, and I didn't want to pay much, these cost a little more than I wanted to spend, but it's worth it: they're very comfortable, stylish, and warm. They were slightly big, but I put in an insert, so now they're even more comfortable, and they fit snugly. I also removed the buckle, it looks neat in theory, but gets in the way of my pant-leg, and obstructs the zipper for easy removal. I held onto them, as I may use them in the future, if I want to go all-out for the style. The soles seem pretty durable, and seem to offer plenty of traction. The pictures are an excellent depiction of what you're getting. I'd say the size might run a little big, as I probably could've ordered a 10.5, but it's not so big that they're completely the wrong size. People defintely notice them for that "edgy" look.I'd have scored 5 stars except after wearing them out for the night, I came home only to find the left zipper pull had fallen off at some point during the evening. The zipper still works, it's just a little more difficult to use now.
