Review: Used on my 2014 FoST - If you are looking for this, you should already know what this is and does for your Focus ST. 2014 FoST here and I came here to get this to tame down my Turbosmart 50/50 BOV while it was connected to the solenoid. I used this kit to route a high temp hose to run a true vacuum to the BOV. Now the BOV is no longer going off every time I get off the gas. It now goes off on a decent load. The kit was complete but I would recommend your own zip tie, this one is tiny. Also I used a 90 degree pressure port and teflon taped it as well. All works perfectly! The look of plate is nice and solid with a good o-ring and looks durable

- 2. Product function: One of the simplest modifications for the ST and eliminates the factory symposer and the ’piped in‘ engine sound to the passenger cabin. We even feature a 1/8” npt pressure port for boost/vacuum reference and can easily be reversed back to factory equipment, if need be.
- 3. Two Connection Ways: The design of the two connection ways is to enable the product to be compatible with some of the original factory's negative pressure drive functional logics while also supporting advanced positive pressure power modification requirements.
- 4. How to install: Apply tape paste on 1/8" NPT plug or optional 3/16" hose barb fitting and install into boost port on symposer delete plate. Using the factory bolts, install delete plate with O-ring side against the intake manifold. Install the supplied plug into the hole on the firewall.
- 5. Product contains: Symposer delete plate, O-ring, Zip tie, Plastic block off cap, 1/8"NPT plug, 1/8"NPT to 3/16" Hose Barb fitting.
- 6. Installation reminder: Before installation, please ensure that the tape is wound in the direction of the screw thread.

The product works as intended and for a reasonable price (compared to the others charging way more for the same thing). I will give you this tip, though: if you plan on running any kind of aftermarket BOV, then ditch the provided fitting and replace it with one that has a 5/16" barbed hose end; the one provided is woefully inadequate for anything more than just a boost gauge. The new fitting I chose is the 45-degree style that helps routing the hose to the BOV easier.
