To make sure it wasn't malware causing the problem I formatted my C:\ drive and reinstalled Windows Vista and all windows updates. Iexplorer was working fine with the fresh install until I installed X-Key and again iexplorer would not work. I decided to try installing Firefox and it seems to be working without conflicts but I really liked the layout of iexplorer and really didn't want to use Firefox but I don't have a choice since the RCG website does not have any software updates available for the X-Key and tech support has not returned my email in a week.
