In my opinion the weight distribuion of the spoon is the problem. It’s too heavy on the far end and this causes the spoon to tip over when left inside of a small container. It’s absolutely annoying when using it directly from a Gerber’s “Sitter 2nd Foods” container. I had to put a plate on the side just to sit the spoon, but even then you can’t leave food on it because it won’t stay put. I would never rate these spoons with 5 stars. **Q: Is this really made in United States? I've seen some sold in stores that is not** A: As a consumer I cannot be 100% sure, have you tried contacting the manufacture? The ones that I purchased are made in china.
