You know you need to squeeze the water out of the veggies if you want really crispy egg rolls. **Q: Does it say bpa free on the box?** A: Yes, it says BPA free on the front of the box **Q: How do you clean top does it come apart?** A: The underside of the top is like a dish, except for the center which has a few narrow slots. Unless you are spinning something very finely chopped, such as coleslaw, there's not much danger of anything getting stuck in there. Inside the top are springs and such. If the top comes apart, I don't know that I would dare to monkey with that.
