It works quickly and works well. Often it will prevent a pimple from completely forming if you catch it early enough. Along with a ten percent glycolic acid cream that I put on first-then the Margarite zinc cream right on top of spots. Wish I knew about this sooner. I'm 31 with moderate breakouts. There's always at least one on any given day. Also wish I had known about the glycolic acid sooner. I have extremely sensitive skin and didn't think I could use it for that reason.
