Trick is to wipe clean the back of the pedals on the steering wheel with alcohol and also wipe these pedal shifters with alcohol before placing the included double sided tape. Let it dry and then install these and hold them to the shifters for 2 mins atleast to give them time to stick. They do fit 2023 Mini Cooper JCW edition although desertcart said it didnt. I would say these are decorative more so than functional. My experience on the Cooper has been that the factory paddles don't like pressure applied from the extended position, it seems to want to twists the paddle where it pivots in its mount and binds.
