I am totally disappointed. I watched the author on Dr.Oz and ordered this book. I was expecting reviews of major vitamin/supplement manufacturers. The reviews only covered multivitamins. I am not familiar with the manufacturers or how to order their products. The only company I have dealt with is the Shaklee Corporation.. I totally believe in their products and have used them for over 30 years. This book did not help me at all. It was a waste of money and time!!!

I always want to know about my nutrients, although it did not include the best fo all....fresh water blue green algae from New Earth, have been taking for over 25 yrs. it is the best of any.
