I use the smallest to measure pure stevia extract  powder into keto beverages and protein shakes. Perfect precision.The other two are also helpful when cutting recipes and for measuring  individual 1/8tsp servings of xanthan gum into keto mug cake or protein shakes.Useful on a daily basis for me.
