One of the biggest positives is the huge selection of colours and sizes available, which makes it really easy to find one that suits both your desk and the overall look of your setup. I chose the lilac purple colour and absolutely love it. The shade looks lovely and matches the theme of my gaming setup really well. I particularly appreciate having so many colour options, as gaming accessories can sometimes be quite limited if you want something other than the usual black or grey. In terms of actually using it for gaming, I’ve been really happy with the surface. My mouse glides across it smoothly, and the large size gives me plenty of room for both my keyboard and mouse while also protecting the desk underneath. The leather-like surface also makes it look clean and smart. After using it for a while, I have noticed that some of the corners and edges can start to lift slightly rather than sitting completely flush against the desk. This hasn't caused me any major problems and, given the leather-like material, I wasn't particularly surprised to see a little movement over time. However, it is something worth mentioning if you want a desk mat that remains completely flat at the edges. Overall, I’m very happy with it. I’m really pleased with this desk mat. Gave the Aothia Desk Mat 60x35cm 4 stars. Really nice addition to the desk—looks clean and adds a bit of style while protecting the surface. The leather feel is smooth and works well with both mouse and keyboard, and the non-slip base keeps it in place properly. Only downside is it can show marks a bit over time, but overall still a solid quality mat.
