A: It is Teflon. It is food safe.

**Q: Are these manufactured in China?**
A: It does not say.

**Q: Where are this made?**
A: I don't know but it works very well for baking bread.

**Q: Is this a 1 pound loaf pan?**
A: I don't like big tall bread so I make my make my bread using 4 cups of flour and I use 2 of these pans when I bake instead of 1 big one. Not sure of the pound part.
