The lotions always got left clinging round the bumps but not with this item. It’s a firm sponge almost like flip flop foam so the lotion doesn’t sink in to it. It has a good reach and I managed to get to every part of my back. (I’m 59) It feels good quality and is easy to use and the fact that it folds too is brilliant. It comes with 3 heads which are easy to clip on and off.
