Make sure everything is clipped in and all lined up. Ease of use could be easier. I have two of these in our cupboards. They last longer than the disposable pound ones. They remove condensation but only for a small area. Don’t expect it to clean the windows in winter. Make sure the blue side of the tablet goes in correctly. Cleaning it is messy. The liquid at the bottom pours out no problems, it’s the gunk from what’s left of the tablet is messy. Use washing up gloves or some kitchen roll to put it in the bin. The product is one of the better things I’ve found for efficiency on removing condensation.
