**Q: what drill bits are compatible? Any universal would work?**
A: You can add any bit holder therefore all bits are compatible. It's of low power which is very handy when making furniture or repairing. It does not cause damage.

**Q: Does this come with a case?**
A: No, comes in a box. You can buy standard Einhell cases separately if you have various tools and a few batteries to store.

**Q: Is it a Hammer drill**
A: Yes it has an Hammer drill function which I haven't used so apologies..

However the drill/screwdriver functions are ace and I can recommend the product along with the battery series - it is a great product
