These are very good quality and keep out a lot of noise. My wife love them **Q: Where is the size label on the ear plugs? How to tell if medium or small?** A: There are two ways to tell if ear plugs are either medium or small. Placing the ear plugs side by side there is a slight difference noticeable in the sizes. The medium is slightly longer then the small size. There was an auto accident outside of my window and all the neighbors ran out to see what happened. A flat bed truck came to take away the damaged car. I didn't hear a thing. I think that says it all.In the beginning I thought these air plugs were not comfortable. But then I realized I was not wearing them correctly and I have no problem with them sleeping.
