Don't do it, you WILL regret it. Your switch panel will get mangled no matter how much care and how careful you yank off, you most likely will break the little tabs that hold the switches down. Mine were left uneven, broken tabs and switches were difficult to push down or up. Absolutely NONE of these different vendors or manufacturers will provide the solution you want for your Mercedes Benz. Eventually went on eBay and bought a brand new Chinese replacement switch panel. Looks even better than the mangled OEM that I took off.
