Review: Use Rags Underneath! No Need to Wash! - They recommend you throw this out and reorder every few months. Forget that!$!$! The PUL last a long time if you cut strips of old sheets, towels, and T-shirts, apply castor oil to them, and then place your wrap over the top. I like the wrap--its comfort and fit--otherwise.
Review: Definitely way easier...just really expensive - Ok - I'm torn here. This thing works REALLY well as far as "less mess". As in - night and day difference vs using the old method of a wool flannel etc. That being said, I think it's grossly overpriced for what it is and I also think it limits it's use by more people. Again, it's really well made and does exactly what it promises - makes my life way more enjoyable ;)

**Q: How many layers of cotton is this? Is there a separate layer that stops oil from Seeping out? I use cotton but it is usually very messy.**
A: Our compress is made from a single layer of organic cotton sherpa with a chemical free polyurethane protective outer layer. Our castor oil pack compress is designed to be easier and less-messy than the traditional DIY castor oil pack!

**Q: What makes this worth over $50? Why can't I use organic cotton cloth?**
A: I have used castor oil packs for years and this wrap simplifies the mess by having a waterproof backing. I keep my pack rolled up and in a jar to keep it from drying out.  It stays in place all night and I don’t have to use plastic wrap to keep it from getting on my clothes or linens.  I love it.

**Q: I have been using it for a month and no results whatsoever. I am quite disappointed. Did anyone not see any results either?**
A: Hey there! As every person is biochemically unique, everyone responds differently to the castor oil pack practice, as with any health practice. Some people notice improvements in days, some can take weeks, even months to notice a change. Consistency and staying hydrated is key! 
I encourage you to stick to your practice because even if it doesn’t feel like it’s doing anything, the research clearly shows that it is benefitting the body!

**Q: Where exactly do I place the oil? Top, middle, bottom?**
A: Hey there! Such a great question! You will be placing 1T of fresh oil each use in the middle of your pack! Then placing overtop of your liver!

You never know what you're gonna get on amazon these days and while I dont think it was worth the $52 I paid, it is definitely of good quality. Ordered a similar product from another vendor for $46 that came in a 2 pack but the fabric was terrible and oil soaked through so you know how it goes on this app. If you are looking for a quality product without low vibration fabrics to help heal your body then this is a good choice.
