I wake up with a bad neck throughout the night and have to sit up rub and click even using oil and far too many painkillers and naproxen. This led to a rough day of lack of sleep and cluster headaches, which I get if my neck and shoulders hold tension. So I got this pillow and the hype is true. You must make sure your head is in the centre properly which May at first feel like the front ledge part it pushing on your shoulders but it’s not it’s supporting the shoulder. I’ve been using for 3 nights now and I kid you not, zero neck and shoulder pain in the night or in the morning. All lower and spine pain has also gone. Instead of waking up and walking like a 90 year old with a banging headache I’m feeling like a human being, well rested. I have been buying on Amazon for 10 years plus and have never ever reviewed anything but this I have. I have read reviews saying it takes time to get used to, maybe it did for some but for me I dived straight in and I’m so glad I did. It works for side sleepers, not sure about back and front.
