## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So nice to not burn my fingers when removing the steam tray
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 17 May 2021*

Joseph makes excellent kitchen products and this is just one more example. I have this style where the plastic handle makes it so easy to remove no matter how hot and I also have the completely plastic model which is also excellent

### ⭐ Such a waste of money
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 June 2024*

Very unhappy with the steamer. It is not sturdy at all and doesn't fit the purpose. The leaves and legs easily come out and are hard to reattach, and they won't close properly. The return window is closed, and now I won't get a refund. I didn't expect this quality from Joseph Joseph.

### ⭐⭐ make sure it fits into a saucepan of your choice
*by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 28 April 2026*

I did not like this steamer , it is very clumsey and quite fragile
