**Q: The A3 frames advertised do not have mounts yet many reviews say the mounts are not of good quality. So does the A3 frame come with a mount?**
A: I purchased an A3 white frame with a white mount for an A4 picture.  I'm really pleased with it and the quality is fine.  On the size, select A3 for A4.

**Q: What's the material of the frame? Is it Matt?**
A: Hi. The frame is made from recycled polystyrene (polcore) and provides an alternative to wood (eco friendly). It looks like wood. The frame is matt. I hope this helps :-)

**Q: hi, does this frame have a visible grain as I was looking for something smooth?**
A: Hi, from any distance it does not like it has a grain, it is very smooth but if you looked very closely, there is a very fine grain. I hope that helps. I tried to upload a photo but only videos allowed. Hope that is some help.
