This guy was one of my childhood inspirations - used to go to Oshkosh just to watch him perform with his "Lemon Yellow - Old Yeller" P-51 and the Shrike Commander! What a performed and physics-based aviation performer! Remember: This man TAUGHT his flight instructors how to REALLY fly! Bob Hoover was a living legend. The world lost him a couple weeks ago on Oct. 25 2016. Harrison Ford has a conversation with Bob about his one of a kind career as a legendary test pilot, air show pilot, safety pilot and a hundred other things.
