## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this be used under a bed sheet or as a cover for a childs bed?**
A: It is NOT made for that use but i do sit on mine for muscle issues. If you used it in that way I would use extreme caution. It does have a timer and is designed to go over aching muscles.
The decision would be totally yours. But I've had NO problems with mine...

**Q: Can i lay on it**
A: Yes. But be aware of the heating element burning your skin if left on too high.
That said, ive had it on for the full 2 hrs on max heat and it left red looking lines but they weren't burns. 
Would recommend.

**Q: How do you unplug it**
A: Certainly should be able to unplug at mat end if you're supposed to be able put in washing machine !! Must admit I can't unplug it !!  Great apart from that .
