It's easy to use and helpful to apply towards swollen or injured muscles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sizing issue - had to get larger size than measurements suggested *by P***R on July 13, 2025* Sizing issue - I got the “Regular” size because it said it was good up to 16.5” calf. My calf is only 14.5”, but once the insert is frozen, it bulks up such that I was barely able to secure the wrap on my leg. Otherwise it looks like a good product. UPDATE: I decided to order in XL. The fit is much better. I’m bumping it up a star to 4 stars as it functions well and appears well made.
