Hope this helps. **Q: Does this come with the aluminum rails to install it?** A: No it does not. And there is a chance that the screw holes will not match up with those on your existing rails, if you have them. Mine were 4" on center whereas this cushion is configured 5" on center. **Q: How wieght can it support.
