It has never sagged, slipped, or caused any problems at all, so I knew I could trust it again for my new setup. I installed this new mount for my 77 inch LG B5 television, and it performs just as well as my original one. The build quality feels very strong, and the full motion movement is smooth, steady, and easy to adjust. It pulls out, swivels, and tilts with no effort, and it stays exactly where I place it. The installation process was simple and very clear. The instructions made sense, the hardware felt solid, and everything lined up well with the studs. Once the television was on the mount, it sat level and extremely secure. I am very impressed with how reliable this product has been for almost a decade, and I am just as impressed with the new one.
