In other words, using two speakers both rated @ 4 Ohms each you'd get a max wattage of 75w left channel & max 75w right channel. IF you were to use two 8 Ohm speakers wattage output would be max 37.5w left channel & max 37.5w right channel. In addition, a very important issue is the RMS wattage rating of speakers you use with this low wattage amplifier. In order to get decent sound you'll need speakers with a RMS 60w - & no more than 100w RMS rating. **Q: can an aux cord be plugged directly into this amplifier?** A: What kind of a cord do you refer too! it takes the standard type of audio cords, nothing special to make it work.standard left & Right inputs with 2 wire clip connectors. **Q: This amp having a 4 ohms output, will it work with my 8 ohms speakers? Will it effect sound quality?** A: The spec I found in the booklet was 8 ohm per speaker...
