Within the first week, really the first few days, i immediately noticed intense dream recall, most relating back to my childhood days (8-12yrs old). I hadn’t experienced for who knows how long, I recalled precise details upon waking, into the later hours of the day. This was also accompanied by an increased sense of overall well being, especially in regards to my moods and overall mental efficacy. This has continued and carried on without any noticeable deficit. Also: my verbal fluency, conversation recall, and overall efficacy in social interactions has improved significantly. I am ADD, and this has worked well for me. Not a cure at all…. But does it help? Better than any supplement yet. Does work Negative: I did have a bit of trouble sleeping all through the night/waking up 1-2 times a night for the first few days, less than a week.
