Yes after curing it will have a sticky layer, rub some alcohol over them and the sticky layer will be gone, unless it’s not properly cured, it always comes back to the curing and not over polishing. It almost feels like acrylic once dry because the lack of flexibility, but it is one of my favorite brands. The white is stark white, and the black is a void. I would do thin layers when using black because dark gels can sometimes have trouble curing all the way. 10/10 tho.
