It’s a great cup but it didn’t work with me. But that’s because my cervix is higher and more tilted so I had difficulty removing the cup when it was time to empty it. It’s easy to insert and I barely feel it but because of my body it didn’t work for me, so honestly it deserves five stars in my opinion but I’m giving four because I would like the steam to be a wee longer it possible for high cervix and also my fingers are short. But don’t let my review discourage you from purchasing if you really want to try it. It does come with a small carrying bag and always sterilize it before use the first time.
