Review: Best water bottle I’ve ever come across! - Purchased the 2L fast flow version 6 months ago and this is the BEST water bottle I have ever had and at 49 I’ve been through quite a few! I’m a courier so 6 days a week for 6 months this bottle has been rolling around in my van, dropped from a height more times than I can count and has never leaked, cracked or lost a seal and still looks brand new. It also has no plastic taste some other bottles have. It gives the perfect flow of water - you do not end up with it pouring all over you or end up battling to get a sufficient amount out and it does not drip. It’s quite bulky (which is to be expected with a 2L) but not as wide as ones I’ve had in the past making it easy to grip, you can drink from it with one hand so ideal for a full days use. I’ve kept the neoprene sleeve on which really does keep it cool in the summer and bottle still looks brand new underneath. I’m about to purchase the 1L version which will fit in my van door to use on days off out and about and as a backup to increase water intake over summer. 100% the perfect water bottle, it has more than paid for itself by not purchasing bottled water and I will never buy anything other than a ‘Hydracy’ bottle again!
Review: 100% no leaks! - Really impressed! I’m so glad I ordered this! The product itself is extremely well made, very nice looking and easy to use. I’ve always struggled to drink even 500ml of water but having the time markings on the side makes it so easy and effortless to drink 2 litres. I’ve taken it to work everyday for a week now and have drank 2 litres everyday no problem! I have carried it, had it in my bag and in my car and there was 100% no leaks. So happy! I will be buying the smaller bottles too for different occasions. Would very highly recommend.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: one small plastic part in the lid for blocking water leakage from the small hole was lost. Can I get a replacement for this part? Thanks.**
A: You should have reeived a replacement part when you received the bottle. If you have already used this part, I beleive That you will have to contact the manufacturers.

**Q: Can this bottle go in the dishwasher?**
A: Our bottles are TOP RACK dishwasher safe. But we highly recommend handwashing with dishwashing soap and water, it only takes a couple of mins. :)

**Q: Is the bottle dishwasher friendly?**
A: No it’s not

**Q: Is there anyway to get rid of the chemical smell of the bottle? I've tried scrubbing it and leaving it to soak in hot soapy water but it still stinks!**
A: I filled it with cold bottled water, and added 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate of soda. I left it overnight then put it through a dishwasher cycle. Worked a treat for me.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best water bottle, pretty and stylish, easy to clean, no taste issues, perfect!
*by F***N on 28 July 2022*

This water bottle ticks all the boxes. I never used to drink enough water, until I got this bottle that is. I find the time markings really useful and often find myself staying ahead of them and drinking more water, which is good to know. The bottle is easy to clean with no small hard to reach areas. One review mentions and shows photos of mould inside the lid after 2 weeks, I don’t know if this person realises, but you do actually have to clean the bottle just as you would any other food/drink container! I have been using my bottle daily for over a month now, I clean it regularly and have never seen even the tiniest spec of mould! (This person also reviewed a bath mat and complained it was mouldy after 3 weeks so maybe she has a damp problem? Either way, not the products fault!) Unlike a lot of other bottles, this bottle does not give the water a funny taste, it tastes exactly as it should which is a massive plus point. Some reviews mention leaks but I have never had any leaks, there is a tiny air hole to allow air intake while drinking, if you tip the bottle too much while drinking then water will trickle out of this hole but it is a good inch above the mouth piece so you have to tip the bottle excessively for this to happen. Also there are 2 rubber seals in the lid that seal the air intake hole and the mouth piece when the lid is closed, if either of these are removed it could cause a leak, I’m just thinking that maybe the people having issues could check if this is the reason. This is by far the best looking bottle I have seen, it is made from high quality materials and has an expensive feel to it. The plastic is hard, it feels strong and sturdy, yet it is silky and nice to hold, it really is unlike any other. I would never usually spend £20 on a water bottle but I am glad I did, this water bottle ticks all the boxes for me, hence it is worth every penny! xx
