We gave it to my husband and he actually switched with our son. Our 4 year old has cars in it and my husband is using different storage my son was using. Its a neat box, really cool, just not great for his paints, etc. **Q: Will it hold 2 oz bottles of paint** A: Probably not **Q: Does the bottom drawer pull all the way out, separate from the box?** A: This was returned immediately since the pieces of wood did not fit together well. Latches to close everything back together didn’t function and a regular piece of paper could not fit in the drawer. I can’t remember if drawer pulled out completely. The top trays didn’t fit back together to be closed up either **Q: What are the inside dimensions of the bottom drawer? Will it fit a 8"x10"x.75" Canvas?** A: Unfortunately I don't believe it will. The inner drawer dimensions actually measure out to: 11 15/16" x 7 & 3/4" x 1" so it would require a smaller canvas to fit. I actually use mine for rubber stamps so I use that drawer for ink pads and blotting scraps. It does feel sturdy, and the leather handle and brass accents look awesome. My only issue was that the handle was not screwed in straight but at a slight angle. This had the effect of making the closure of some of the compartments slightly difficult and it looked odd. It can be fixed but that should not have had to be done.
