I have weak hands and while I stuggled at times with the oxygen (red) atoms connecting and the double bonding. I was still able to get it together and it became easier. I WOULD RECOMMEND this set for chemistry organic chemistry and even studying for MCAT. I think this set would even work great for instructors since the pieces are decent size and can be seen fairly well from a distance. My 4 year old even likes playing with pieces lol. Although he thinks its just a building toy. But that just goes to show how easy it is to assemble and disassemble since a 4 year old can do it. The quality of the kit is excellent and the pieces look durable. The seller of the kit emailed me a helpful and concise instruction manual, well before the kit arrived. My son followed the instructions to build some fun molecules. As well as short and medium bonds for building simple molecules, the kit contains long flexible connectors for building double or triple bonds in complicated molecules (detailed in the manual). The pieces are perfect in size, and the atom and bond fit snuggly but disassemble easily with the use of a Molecular tool that is included in the kit.
