**Q: How do i contact seller? my mecarmy d-ring came apart during normal use and i lost the tiny screw. i figured i contact them first but cant seem to.**
A: Try going through Amazon customer service.

**Q: Are one of the stonewashed m supposed to be sandblasted? there is stonewashed, m and stonewashed-1, m.**
A: Both are stonewashed

**Q: How does the octagon in many of the pictures attach to the d-ring? is there a screw hole on the back of the d-ring? (opposite of crossbar)**
A: The crossbar design of D rings is ended by screw, and the screw holes on both sides are the same, install simply with a flat head screwdriver.
Step 1: Use screwdriver to rotate the screws out
Step 2: Pull the screw out of the round hole.(In case unable to open. use pliers to hold the bar then turn D-ring)
Step 3: Pass the screw through the key hole.
