I thought that this would be more or a cream but it is a liquid. Unscented and watery, when rubbed into the skin it leaves the skin matte and surprisingly baby soft. I wouldn’t say it’s moisturizer, due to the fact it’s mattifying, but it’s not drying either. I’ve used it on my face but because I’m waiting on my new foundation, I don’t have a longevity review. I’ll add that later. Added with the powder pact, it’s perfect. The powder is translucent, I added it thick to show what it looks like out of the container in my photos. I prefer using a brush to apply it than the puff, the puff is soooo soft so I’m saving it.
