I take 2 a day with breakfast and it’s kept me calm and my energy level is steady during the day. No side effects, going normally to the bathroom. I don’t believe you have to necessarily take the 6 pills recommended a day. 2-3 pills should suffice if you’re eating a balanced diet. I’d recommend them.

First, I am over 50 yrs old and I did some research and learned that the vitamin K2 is very important for women my age for bone support. Not all vitamins are alike. That’s for sure. I found this brand and ordered it. I really like this vitamin. Some complain because it says to take up to 6 pills a day. I don’t. I take one at breakfast, and another at lunch. I feel so much better. My energy levels are up, and taking this vitamin is the only thing I changed in my life. I take it with my meals so no stomach upset. As for the smell, that tells me there’s a lot of vitamin in that jar. lol. I’ve smelled worse. lol. I will order this again.
