Ended up waking up with a stiff back and back pain each morning. My daughter bought me another newentor mattress, it saved me, my morning pain is now much less. **Q: How deep is the mattress, I was told 25cm but it’s only about 18cm. Very disappointed** A: Yes. The one I received was only around 18cm instead of 25cm that was stated. This was my only issue. Bear in mind there is a pillow top effect - the mattress will rise above the height of the side seam.
