Review: Nice carry on luggage. - I bought this bag in December 2025. It was on sale for $80. Used it for the first time in September 2026. It holds quite a bit. It rolls very easily whether pulling it behind you or walking along side it. Pretty light weight and stores very nicely in the overhead bins. I would purchase it again and highly recommend. Review: 3.5 years of use review - 3.5 years later: I definitely recommend this bag. It's well-made, roomy (despite being a carry on), and fairly light. I used it regularly for 3.5 years, including overpacking it and the fabric/zippers were sturdy. After those 3.5 years, one of the wheels degraded a bit and was hard to roll. The bag was still under the original Swissgear warranty, and the process to replace my bag was very easy. I had a replacement bag in hand within 5 days of my warranty claim. I'd definitely purchase this (and other Swissgear products) again. I also really love the color! ## Features - Lightweight Softside Construction: Durable polyester construction combines flexibility and structure for dependable travel. The medium checked handles 5 to 7 days, and the large checked covers 7 to 9 days. The full set covers up to a 3-week trip. **Q: Will it qualify as a carry-on on most airlines?** A: Yes. The Sion is sized to meet carry-on requirements on most major US airlines. If you're looking for integrated TSA-friendly locking, the SWISSGEAR Signature Hardside collection includes a built-in combination lock across the full lineup. **Q: What is the removable wet pouch for?** A: The detachable zippered wet pouch keeps damp swimwear, a gym kit, or a wet towel completely separate from the rest of your pack. It detaches from the interior and can be used independently or left out entirely when you don't need it. **Q: How durable is the Sion?** A: The Sion is constructed from high-denier dobby polyester with a structured internal frame that holds its form through the full demands of travel. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice carry on luggage. *by S***E on September 23, 2026* I bought this bag in December 2025. I also really love the color! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ fundamentally sound *by M***A on September 23, 2026* they sent pretty much what I asked for- a no thrills carry on suitcase. I got it three years ago and it still works like it did the day I got it. It holds stuff and no problems with it at all. The only thing I have against it are that the wheels, though they are not problematic, simply do not keep with todays brands as they are small and therefore cannot move as fast as I would like. At the end of the day, I got exactly what I paid for and am pleased. ## Frequently Bought Together - SwissGear Sion Softside Expandable Luggage, Black, Carry-On 21-Inch - Apple AirTag 4 Pack - TSA Approved Cable Luggage Locks, Re-settable Combination with Alloy Body --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/20628100-sion-softside-expandable-spinner-luggage-durable-lightweight-travel-suitcase-black](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/20628100-sion-softside-expandable-spinner-luggage-durable-lightweight-travel-suitcase-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
