Debris is removed from tear ducts and the lack of any preservatives is SERIOUSLY beneficial to eye health. In about one month of usage of the lower dose, my Cornea which thankfully is thicker than normal, has been stabilised and the effects of preservatives in the doctor prescribed drops has been reversed. I am lucky, they could have become permanent. My eyes have problems. Mother was blind. Strangely, all the floaters and squiggly lines which were the bane of my life seem to have gone. Partially this is due to the blue exit tip which is designed to produce a single, metered, dose. I find that prepping the drops, by holding the bottle upright snd squeezing until a little fluid appears, works well. It also expels any air. Works for me. Optometrist chosen as my medical drops were damaging the cornea.
