I read the label and although the ingredients seem pretty natural, the label only states ORGANIC palm oil. Ingredients also contain wheat flour, with malted barley flour, rolled oats, unsalted butter (contains milk), sugar, water, the palm oil as mentioned, kosher salt and baking soda. The oatcakes are very delicious and I have used them as both a biscuit with tea and also as a base for cheese, since they are not overly sweet (7 gms for 2 biscuits). .. **Q: Is this corn or oats?** A: They are oat cakes and are absolutely delicious.
