Review: Perfect Size for Fishing 🎣 - I bought this cooler mainly for fishing and so far I’m really happy with it. It’s a really good size and has plenty of room for fish and ice. It feels strong and sturdy, and the lid closes properly. It also keeps everything nice and cold while we’re out fishing. I was looking for something big enough to hold a good amount of fish without having to worry about running out of space, and this does the job. Definitely happy with my purchase. Review: Great cooler keeps the ice a long time - Great cooler. I can confirm that the 52 quart/49 L classic cooler from Coleman can keep the ice for more than 3.5 days! I placed four large Tupperware with frozen water in them into the cooler. The top container melted fastest and was completely melted by 90 hours. However, the three other containers below the top container were not fully melted by 90 hours. I have included a photos taken at 24, 48 and at almost 72 hours. At nearly 72 hours the top container was 90% melted. The 2nd was 40% melted. The 3rd was 35% melted. The 4th and bottom one was 50% melted (not shown). Love the handles for carrying. Love the drain I opened and closed the drain at the very beginning before using the cooler, and when there was water built-up in the cooler, it did not leak. At nearly 200 pounds I can sit on the cooler with no problems. As others have said, the lid hinge causes the lid to close. It will not stay open when opened. I have something that I put in the space next to the hinge that keeps the lid open until I’m done working in it, but I wish it would just stay open when I open it until I’m ready to close it. This isn’t my first Coleman so I was already aware of this. ## Features - SWING-UP HANDLES: Easy to for carrying and lifting - CUP HOLDERS WITH DRAIN: Molded into the lid to keep drinks from spilling; fit up to a 30-oz. tumbler - HIGH CAPACITY: Accommodates up to 80 cans - HAVE-A-SEAT LID: Closed lid supports up to 250 lb., perfect for camping, festivals or sporting events. - Durable & Leak-Proof: Perfect for on-the-go adventures, from the backyard to the beach. - Stain-resistant liner for easy cleanup - Recessed lip on lid for easier access to contents - Made in the USA ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07XMMB6SG | | Additional Features | Insulated,Portable | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,233 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #9 in Camping Coolers | | Brand | Coleman | | Brand Name | Coleman | | Capacity | 52 quarts | | Chamber Depth | 15 inches | | Chamber Height | 16.5 inches | | Color | Rock Grey | | Container Type | Box | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 5,395 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00076501164107 | | Included Components | Cooler, Have-A-Seat Lid | | Insulation Material Type | Polyethylene | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 15.63"D x 27.87"W x 17.99"H | | Item Highlight | Insulated Lid and Body, Keeps Ice Up to 3 Days, Holds 80 Cans, Have-A-Seat Lid Supports 250 Pounds, Great for Camping | | Item Type Name | Cooler | | Item Weight | 8.7 pounds | | Manufacturer | Coleman | | Manufacturer Part Number | 3000006573 | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Model Name | Classic Series | | Model Number | 3000006573 | | Number of Items | 80 | | Package Information | Box | | Pattern | Cooler | | Product Dimensions | 15.63"D x 27.87"W x 17.99"H | | Recommended Uses For Product | Camping | | Shell Type | Hard | | Size | 52qt | | UPC | 076501164107 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 1 Year Limited Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Coleman - **Capacity:** 52 quarts - **Color:** Rock Grey - **Included Components:** Cooler, Have-A-Seat Lid - **Item Weight:** 8.7 pounds - **Material:** Plastic - **Package Information:** Box - **Product Dimensions:** 15.63"D x 27.87"W x 17.99"H - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Camping - **Special Feature:** Insulated,Portable ## Images ![Coleman Classic Series Insulated Portable Hard Cooler - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71abSp4hYgL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: I'm confused, There are two different pictures.. hello the description does say there's wheels and a handle? Needed something big enough and affordable. Didn’t have too high expectations, just wanted it to serve its purpose for the bonfire. It did. We loaded it in the car at the end of the night and we were too exhausted to take it out and unload it. I figured I would just throw out whatever food was left in it with the little ice it had away the next morning. To my surprise, it was still ICE COLD the next day. We were able to save all the left over food in it and the drink's. I definitely recommend it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Coleman Classic Series Insulated Portable Cooler, Leak-Resistant Outdoor Hard Cooler Keeps Ice up to 5 Days, 52/70/120/150 Quart - Amazon Basics Waterproof Camping Tarp - FNARMW Double Sleeping Pad Camping, Self Inflating 6'' Extra-Thick 2 Person Pillow Built-in Foot Pump Waterproof Inflatable Sleeping Mat Backpacking, Tent, Hiking, Portable Camping Pad (Navy Grey) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kg/products/201106611-coleman-classic-series-insulated-portable-hard-cooler](https://www.desertcart.kg/products/201106611-coleman-classic-series-insulated-portable-hard-cooler) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kyrgyzstan* *Store origin: KG* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
